Canada Rocks: Happy Canada Day

Wishing all my fellow Canadian Bloggers a wonderful day of celebration:

To Glenda - My fellow partner in the Tweetathon and to her husband Darryl who live in Vancouver. Glenda is displaying a Proudly Canadian Flag and has a great bucket list, that has inspired me too. I am so happy to see summer has arrived for you guys. Also to John Chow, whose free ebook on making money online I recommend to anyone starting out and to Laurie Hayes at the HBB Connection.

I love the symbol Inakshuk that Canada is using for the 2010 Winter Olympics. The meaning is wonderful too.

The Inukshuk (pronounced IN-OOK-SHOOK) meaning "in the image of man", are magnificent lifelike figures of stone which were erected by the Inuit people and are unique to the Canadian Arctic. Standing along Canada’s most northern shores, they endure as eternal symbols of leadership, encouraging the importance of friendship and reminding us of our dependence upon one another. I bought this Tee Shirt at the airport as I was leaving. I thought the design was great and Beachblogger got a great red T plus a cap.

Shower of Abundance

Shower of Abundance

Don’t you love it? Shower of Abundance. There is a mesage here. This morning I drew this card again, after drawing it twice last week.

There is much abundance in my life at present. My Abundance Journal, where I record daily the abundance I observe and celebrate as it happens, reinforces this for me.

By the way, today is a great day of celebration. It is the last day of the financial year here in Australia. I was able to clear the June balances of our credit cards- what a freeing feeling.

This card is a sign that your prayers about finances have been heard and answered.The more you can listen to and follow you gut feelings right now, the quicker you’ll experience improvements in your financial situation…… Abundance can take many forms, including having more time, opportunities, or clear ideas.

The word "shower’ which I initially interpreted as being like a shower of rain, I now seethat is could be understood as shower- as in showing the way to abundance.

Today I became conscious of abundance taking many forms. A mentoring class I have been participating in for several months was canceled this morning, so I got more time. When I was walking on the beach today with the Beachblogger, I commented that I was feeling in high vibes, he said that was great as yesterday I was as he had observed in low vibes! not a good way to attract abundance into my life!

The fact is that yesterday I was feeling overwhelmed by having a lot of decisions to make. So what changed. I hit my internal reset button, got into a high vibe state and I am going to spend this afternoon mindmapping my July plan for my business, my blogs and my life.

Got to love that reset button.

I’ll start with The Achievers article: Creating Change to Achieve Success a series over at a The Thirty Day Year, a fellow Personal Development Partners member. This was a great article for me to write and I used to sepearate instances to illustrate the topic. One you will be familiar with, my BHAG, the other 20 years ago and will give you an insight into my life, that you mightn’t know about.

Beach Notes at Liz Strauss this week titled Catch the Moment. How often do you take the moment and embrace it ot let an opportunity go by? Check Liz’ new book " The Secret to Writing a Successful and Outstanding Blog. I will be reading this and writing a review later in the week.

Barbara Ling who has been a great promoter for me has a great read on Healing Your Childhood Pain. Barbara also has a very provocative title 57 Solutions for Problems with The Secret, and James Edwards’ Take…
