Do You Live In The Now?
Today’s card reminds me to be in the moment, to be present, something I sometimes find challenging. The more I can be in the now, the more joyful, free and creative I am in all areas of my life.
When I am feeling a bit frazzled or off course, stopping and meditating for just five minutes brings me back to now.
Synchronicity came too, in reading How To Live In The Moment (When It’s The Last Place You Want To Be). Amanda Linehan suggests that it is important to be in the now when their is both joy and pain……

Well, I feel most “in the now” when I am on a walk. If I walk out the door, with no other goal but to enjoy my walk and listen to my music, that is when life is simple, and distractions melt away.
As far as meditating goes, 5 minutes of true meditation is all you need to get back on track! If you become good at it, 5 minutes can be like a weekend off. Time is subjective anyway.
