I was doing my morning reading of my favorite blogs, one being John Chow’s and was reading today’s post by Jane May titled: So You Want to Make Money Online?

What impressed me about the post was the underlying message that stresses the importance of keeping things simple; otherwise know as The KISS principle: I know my understanding of this is “Keep It Simple, Stupid “. I thought I would just check out Wikipedia and found this definition:

“The term KISS is an acronym of the phrase “Keep It Simple, Stupid”, and the KISS principle states that simplicity in design should be a key goal. This phrase is often used in software, animation and engineering in general. Other versions of the phrase include “Keep It Simple & Stupid” (most recently used in west-european literature), “Keep It Sweet & Simple,” “Keep It Short & Simple,” “Keep it Simple, Sweetheart,” and “Keep it Simple, Sherlock.”

It is so easy with all the various avenues of making money online to totally lose focus and flounder, wondering what to do next. I know I have experienced this.

Working out your goal, know what your dream or vision is for yourself does help simplify the process. This gives you the reason to do what you are doing. I know since I have become clear about my purpose along with the purpose of this blog, I wake up early, most mornings about 4AM and my mind is already buzzing with ideas for today’s post today.

In blogging I have found a passion and focus. Also I have joined a fantastic new community; the generosity of other bloggers to share makes my heart sing. I am now heading over to a great new community I have joined this week Blogher. There are so many great blogs sharing such a diverse range of information. I wonder how I can get to the Blogher? – 49 days away in Chicago.
