The Hurricane of Gratitude has been set up on Facebook by Alex Karis who does happen to live on the coast of Texas where they do have hurricanes. You can watch a video to find out how Alex came to set up this group. Alex is encouraging members to make videos and share their graditude experiences and practices.
The concept plus the video my friend Spirit Coach, Stephanie Bell made for thanksgiving had me being more focussed on the blessing and abundance I have in my life that I am grateful for.
I was also reminded of the Gratitude Rock story and today at the beach I remembered this story and dashed back to the sea edge to find a rock to put in my pocket and found this almost heart shaped rock which has lived in my pocket all day today. When I touch it I am reminded to be grateful for all that I have to be blessed for.
